LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A decider in Los Angeles has dangling the rapist box opposite a man charged with stalking Audrina Patridge so doctors can weigh his mental competency.
Zachary Loring attempted to beg guilty Tuesday to a transgression assign that he stalked "The Hills" star, but his profession objected and a decider refused to accept the plea.
The 24-year-old criticized the justice in a short profanity-laced harangue prior to being returned to custody. He is being hold on $150,000 bail after his detain outward Patridge"s home in February.
